| Logging into Medianet |
| Quick step-by-step instruction for accessing the Medianet booking system. |

| Account Creation |
| Email Dwayne Teskey with your employee number and current school location. |
| Account Setup |
- Log into any browser (home or school) and visit the Medianet Booking page.
- To activate your account click on the "Option" tab and enter your client number and password that you have received. You will be immediately prompted to create a new password of your choice.

| Search the database |
- Click on the "Search" tab.
- Keep your search simple by using a keyword.
- For advanced search options, use one or more of the filter options to narrow your results by audience level, format type, language, and more.
- Double click the title for a detailed description.
- From your search result list or the description page, locate the green "Pick" button and click on it to add the item to your order.

| Pick a Show Date |
- The system is set to automatically process the order on the "first available" date. You can adjust the delivery date by using the built in calendar.
- Medianet knows your school's delivery day and will adjust the dates if needed.
- Once you select a date, or leave it to the default, click on the green "Test Availability" button.
- You will see a green check mark if it is available, or a red X to choose another date or title.

| Complete Order |
- If your order is complete, click the green "Submit" button.
- The screen will refresh giving you a summary of your order including an order number.

| Update Order |
- From the "Options" tab you can check, extend, or cancel your order.
|
| Digital Resources (Criterion, Learn360, Curio) |
- You do not need to book these resources, they are ready for immediate streaming.
- Log into Medianet and from the other filter menu choose the "Limit format to" and select "Digitized Video (DX)" .

| Playing Digital Resources |
- Once you have selected your title, from the synopsis page, locate the library logo in the bottom left hand corner and click on it (Criterion, Curio, Learn360, OnCore, Khan).
- You will now be redirected to the viewing screen where you can simply press "play".

| Courier Pick Up |
- Resources that are due must be placed out for pickup the day before your school's delivery day. If the items are not picked up your items will be automatically marked "late".

| Late Resources |
- If your order is overdue, your account will be temporarily suspended and all access blocked. Please contact us for assistance.
