Media Services Department - Mission Statement:
To foster student success by providing learning resources, technological support and creative strategies with first-rate customer service.
Your one stop shop for educational resources, media production, computer repair, audio/visual installation-repair, technical support, inter-office courier and teacher centres.
Under the umbrella of the Program Department, the Media Department provides services for both the Greater Essex County District School Board, and the Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board respectively. This unique partnership dates back to 1973, and continues successfully to this day.
Media Services is comprised of the Educational Resource Centre, Electronic Repair Department, Media Production, Courier Services and the Teacher Workshop. Shared services include the county courier, digital/DVD video library, teacher workshop areas, and some media support.
Customer service is the foundation of the Media Services Department. Our staff have won awards in outstanding service, as well as in media production.
