All Staff will engage in learning to support a positive school climate, based on the GECDSB well-being goals and bullying prevention/intervention, progressive discipline, and safe schools. Professional development will include engaging in activities that promote educator self-care to support effective practice in the classrooms.

All staff will receive professional learning on supporting children and students with prevalent medical conditions (anaphylaxis, asthma, diabetes, and/or epilepsy) in schools as per PPM 161 related to Prevalent Medical Conditions and Workplace Violence Prevention Management Program |
