Erie Migration District School Update

Construction Update - August 16, 2024

We are very excited to provide an update that Erie Migration District School construction is progressing extremely well. We are in the final stages of completion and cannot wait to open the doors and welcome our students on Tuesday September 3^rd, 2024. 

We will be providing staff with updates about accessing the building prior to the start of the school year so that we don’t interfere with the work that remains to be completed.  There are a few minor items that will not be completed prior to school start up but we anticipate everything will be completed within the first few weeks.  The remaining items requiring completion will not impact teaching and learning.  We are grateful to our partner, Fortis Group who have been exceptional to work with and have built an amazing school. 

A heartfelt thank you to Mayor Rogers and Administration at the Town of Kingsville for everything they have done to support us in the process of building the new school.  We can’t wait for everyone to see how exceptional it is.
