Julia Burgess is an ardent advocate for increasing opportunities to enrich students' experiences and achievements. As a Trustee with the GECDSB she has served as Chair of the Board and on many of its standing, permanent and ad-hoc committees.
Julia is deeply involved with the wide spectrum of issues and objectives that are part of providing an excellent public education. She has complemented her local contributions with her activity in Trustees' provincial organization (OPSBA).
Trustee Burgess has a personal commitment to and is a vocal public supporter of the arts and arts education.
Julia lives with her family in Kingsville.
